Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine Specialties

These items are my personal creations.

 

The flavors and textures are something I am proud of. The food is whole, unprocessed, and recognizable. 

Menu is Chef's Choice at any public event. Please check our Facebook page for the menu of the day.  I suggest contacting us if you are looking for a specific menu item prior to attendance especially if your overall enjoyment of the day hinges on it.

 

For those planning a private party the items are examples of what I have done and can do. Please inquiry if you are looking to have something not listed. More than not, I can do it.

 

A menu is limited due to refrigeration and safe food holding storage space.  Menu size will be abbreviated for this reason. Selling out will happen! I cannot predict what will sell out on any given day.

Grilled Trinity Rack of Lamb* with Garlic Confit

New Zealand French Rack of Lamb, 3 chops, crusted with herbs and spices (gf), grilled and sliced, served with garlic confit, pita wedges, and a cucumber, Feta, and Kalamata olive salad.

 

Sliced Steak Sandwich with Mustard Cognac Cream Sauce*

Grilled to order steak, then sliced and served on French Baguette with sherry sautéed Portobello and cremini mushrooms and finished with a Mustard-Cognac Cream Sauce.

 

Trio of Himalayan Salt Plank Seared Scallop Sliders (seasonal)

U10 Diver (Dry) Scallops on mini potato buns with house made Peach-Mango Salsa and wild baby arugula.

 

Teriyaki Shrimp & Steak Skewers

Grilled shrimp and grilled steak skewers lightly marinated in a house made soy & ginger marinade with sesame seeds.

 

Fresh Potato Gnocchi

Fresh Potato Gnocchi tossed in blush sauce finished with shredded Auribella® - BelGioioso Cheese and crispy fried prosciutto. Served without prosciutto as well.

 

The Hot Godmother

Sliced Italian bread with prosciutto, mascarpone cheese, arugula, and imported fig spread grilled.

Soups & Shareables

Vegetarian French Onion Soup

Made daily with a mixed variety of thin sliced onions, cooked to a “jam” state in butter, deglazed with Wild Turkey American Honey Whiskey, and slow simmered in a rich vegetable stock. It is served with a slice of toasted French baguette with Gruyere cheese melted on top.

 

Tomato Basil Bisque

Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, in a vegetable stock with heavy cream and fresh basil. Vegetarian.

 

Maine Lobster Bisque

Creamy Maine lobster bisque with chunks of real Maine lobster meat finished with sherry.

 

Duck Fat Roasted Brussels

Baby Brussel sprouts roasted with duck fat and shallots.

 

Caprese Salad

Fresh Mozzarella and ripe tomatoes with house made, nut free, pesto Aioli & balsamic glaze finished with cracked black pepper and sea salt.

 

Grilled Romaine

Romaine hearts halved lengthwise, seasoned, grilled, and topped with Gorgonzola cheese and house made White Balsamic Vinaigrette.

 

Crinkle Cut Fries

All fries are fried fresh to order. Topped with Sea Salt or Old Bay. We only use Ore-Ida Golden Crinkles.

 

Rosemary-Provolone Fries

Rosemary infused fresh, fried to order crinkle cuts topped with shredded provolone cheese. Aromatherapy and food in one!

 

French-French Fries

Crinkle Cut fries, fried fresh to order and topped with shredded Gruyere Cheese and White Truffle Sea Salt. This is our version of truffle fries kicked up to Top Shelf with premium fresh shredded cheese.

 

Garlic-Parm Fries

Garlic infused fresh fried crinkle cuts topped with shredded aged Parmesan cheese.

 

Crabby Fries

Garlic butter sautéed lump crab meat on top of fresh fried crinkle cuts with parmesan cheese. (Special event or previously requested menu item only)

 

Aunt Dee's Ricotta Zeppoli

My Great Aunt Dee's recipe for ricotta zeppoli made fresh and hot for you. All zeppoli made to order, so you may have to wait, but the wait is worth it. Finished off with a heavy dusting of confectioners’ sugar.

Signature Bourbon Brie Burger

Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine’s Creation, Bulleit Bourbon caramelized onions and Brie cheese on a 6oz black Angus beef patty served on Brioche with lettuce and tomato.

 

Gorgonzola & Bacon Burger

6 oz black Angus burger with a generous amount of bacon and creamy, pungent Gorgonzola cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle on Brioche.

 

Big Smoky Black Angus Burger

6ozs of black angus beef built with love it includes: 12-hour tomatoes, red onion jam, North Country Bacon, BallyShannon Imported Irish Cheddar Cheese, and mixed greens on a Brioche bun.

Grilled Italian Chicken Breast Sandwich

Italian herb crusted chicken breast on a long roll with roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, shredded romaine, tomato, and house made roasted garlic aioli.

 

Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wrap

Greek herb rubbed chicken breast, grilled, with house made Tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, and onion in a wheat wrap.

 

1/4lb All Beef Hotdogs

1/4-lb dinner franks are made with premium cuts of 100% beef.

 

Italian Sausage Sandwich

Mild Italian Sausage with sautéed bell peppers & onions on a soft white hoagie roll.
